Band Contract

As a student in band at Dora Moore, I understand that it is my responsibility to take care of my instrument. This includes:

·        cleaning the instrument properly after each use,

·        storing it in safe locations, and

·         holding it carefully while I am practicing.

I also understand that:

·        If I lose my instrument,

·        it is damaged due to misuse, or

·        it is stolen due to carelessness,

the financial responsibility of replacing or repairing the instrument is my own.

I understand that band instruments range in price from $500-$1500, and I will do my best to make sure my instrument comes back to my teacher in the same condition I received it.
